I am always on the lookout for the most fun and original destinations for myself as well. I am a true travel enthusiast and often enjoy traveling alone, with colleagues, or with my family. I love discovering new destinations and venturing off the beaten path. Traveling is truly a way of life for me. Additionally, I really enjoy sharing my experiences and giving others a similar feeling. It really energizes me!<\/p>\n
In 2017, I was a finalist for the best travel advisor in the Netherlands. It was a very fun process to be part of and it also provided many beautiful new (travel) insights.<\/p>\n
As a personal travel advisor, I find it most enjoyable to tailor trips on a personal level. I often look into the desire behind the desire and ask a lot about what attracts people to a certain image or destination. The result is often a trip that fits you in an unexpectedly perfect way. What really makes me happy is receiving messages and texts from people about their experiences during their vacation. It feels so good!<\/p>\n
I also like to work from a place of authenticity. Nowadays, you see the major travel providers advertising with slogans like ‘away from the masses’, but then these too are heavily utilized. I work with local providers and small-scale accommodations. This way, you truly get a feel of the country you are traveling in. I am also always looking for a certain standard of luxury. Beautiful decor, good location, and a pleasant atmosphere are very important to me.<\/p>\n
It is always an honor for me to be able to put together a trip for someone. Being able to make this my job is a joy every day.<\/p>\n
